Spencer County Schools is excited to introduce Spencer County Gather & Grow, a new monthly opportunity designed to bring Spencer County families together for fun, food, and meaningful connection!

Each month, families can pick up a free family kit that includes everything needed for a simple family meal, a family-friendly game, and an SEL activity designed to spark conversation and connection at home.

Gather & Grow pickup dates for the 2026–2027 school year are:

• August 27

• September 17

• October 22

• November 19

• December 17

• January 21

• February 18

• March 18

• April 22

• May 13

Families can pick up their kits from 5–6 p.m. at the Family Empowerment Center, 110 Reasor Avenue, Taylorsville. The Family Empowerment Center is located directly behind the Board of Education building.

All Spencer County families are invited to participate! Families are asked to sign up using the Google Form by scanning the QR code on the advertisement.

We hope Gather & Grow becomes a special monthly opportunity for Spencer County families to gather, connect, laugh, and grow together!
