ANTI-BULLY DAY (August)

Each year we hold an anti-bullying conference for our 5th grade students.  They have a day packed full of special activities that supports improvement of their communication skills with peers, reduce incidences of relational aggression and help start the school year in a positive, proactive way.

The girls' day is called 'Very Important Girls’ Day'.
All of the girls’ activities are at Taylorsville Elementary and conducted by staff members from our district and the public library.
All the ladies enjoy a special luncheon provided by our cafeteria.

The boys' day is titled 'No Girls Allowed Day'.  All the boys' activities are held here at TES.  Their activities are conducted by staff members and community members that work with and in our district.  They enjoy a special cook-out here on campus provided by our cafeteria.
