Step 1:

Click the link and follow the directions to register your student for the next school year. Write down the application number for your in-person meeting at the school.

OLR Registration

Step 2:

Schedule your in-person meeting to turn in the required documents.

When you come to your scheduled enrollment meeting, please BRING the following:

  • OLR Application Number

  • Birth Certificate

  • Proof of Residency (ex: Utility Bill)

  • Current Immunization Form

  • Social Security Card

  • School Physical on KY Form

    • Contact your PCP
